Document was an annual journal tracking themes explored by the Design Manchester festival, edited by Kasper de Graaf, with four editions between 2015 and 2019.

Document 17 was published by Design Manchester in 2018 with support from Manchester School of Art at Manchester Metropolitan University and is only available in print.
